Dirk Ziems is an expert in depth psychological marketing and advises companies and corporations in numerous industries and countries worldwide on the basis of market, media and cultural research. As co-founder of the global research boutique Concept M and the marketing consultancy Flying Elephant, he accompanies topics such as the adaptation of successful products in new cultural contexts, the deep understanding of new consumer generations in China and the USA, the transformation of advertising communication in the new digital media world or the reorientation of brands in post-Corona times. Dirk Ziems is also a guest lecturer at various universities.

Thomas Ebenfeld is a psychologist and expert in depth psychological marketing research. He is co-founder of the global research boutique Concept M and the marketing consultancy Flying Elephant. His work focuses on basic cultural psychological studies, research on social transformation, and the study of brands, media, and communication in a global context. He is a speaker at industry conferences and a guest lecturer at universities.
